The current style

So, after we revised our game a bit, our Style Director (Brandt Andrist) brought a new style to our meeting. We are aiming for a comically cartoony style; quirky yet simplistic. This current art is for the Bomber and the Booster; with a bit of environment concepts:

Respect for our old style

Lava Whales starting their design with a game based on bombing runs. Our concept was fast paced bombing runs in a mystical floating paradise. Our iterated idea, is that of a three character system. Boost, Blast, and Bomb are the nicknames for our three characters; hence our game name "Boost!Blast!Bomb!".

However, we would like to pay tribute to our old art style in our first post. Please enjoy!
